Unlock | Your Body’s Wisdom

Unlock | Your Body’s Wisdom

Sometimes we spend so much time in our heads that we forget to check in with our bodies.

Somatic practices and yoga give you a chance to slow down, notice what you’re feeling, and reconnect with yourself. Through gentle movement, breathing, and body awareness, you’ll have space to become more present and pay attention to what your body needs.

You don’t need any yoga experience. You don’t need to be flexible. And you definitely don’t need to get every pose right.

Just come as you are.

Body-Centered | Approach

Stress doesn’t only affect how we think and feel, it can show up in our bodies too. Maybe you notice tension, restlessness, fatigue, or simply feel disconnected from yourself.

These sessions give you an opportunity to slow things down and notice what’s happening in your body without judging it or trying to force anything to change.

You’ll be encouraged to listen to your body, make choices that feel comfortable, and move at your own pace.

No perfect poses. No pressure to perform. Just space to breathe, move, notice, and reconnect.

Reclaim | Your Body

Throughout the retreat, you’ll experience gentle movement, grounding, breathing practices, and other body-centered activities designed to complement the deeper work you’re doing.

Some days you may want to participate fully. Other times, you may need to modify something or simply slow down. That’s okay.

The goal isn’t to push your body. It’s to become more connected to it.
