Each day includes group experiences such as yoga, breathwork, Reiki, and sound healing to support grounding, nervous system regulation, and embodied connection, along with individualized EMDR therapy sessions tailored to each participant. Groups remain consistent throughout the retreat to promote continuity, trust, and a sense of safety.
The schedule is intentionally designed to balance therapeutic work, integration, rest, reflection, and personal time. Activities, session timing, facilitators, and offerings may be adjusted based on participant needs, clinical considerations, weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Participation in all activities is voluntary. Individual EMDR session scheduling may vary based on clinical recommendations, participant needs, and facilitator availability.
Healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. Participants are encouraged to engage in retreat activities at a pace that feels comfortable, supportive, and appropriate for their individual needs. Rest periods, journaling, reflection, and quiet time are considered valuable parts of the retreat experience.
Scheduled beach walks, outdoor reflection time, and other environmental experiences are weather permitting. Reclaim Retreat does not provide organized water-based activities, swimming activities, or ocean recreation as part of the retreat program.
