Sometimes healing also means giving yourself permission to simply rest.
At Reclaim Retreat, Reiki and sound baths offer quiet, restorative experiences where there’s nothing you need to figure out, talk through, or accomplish. You’re invited to slow down, get comfortable, and simply receive the experience.
For some, it may feel deeply relaxing. For others, it may create space for reflection, stillness, or simply a much-needed pause.
Reiki is a gentle energy-based wellness practice typically offered while you rest comfortably. There’s no pressure to feel or experience anything in particular. You’re simply invited to settle in and notice what comes up for you.
Sound baths use instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant sounds to create an immersive listening experience. You’ll get comfortable, close your eyes if you’d like, and allow yourself to rest while the sounds unfold around you.
Both experiences are offered with choice, respect, and personal comfort in mind.
Reiki and sound baths are just one part of the larger Reclaim Retreat experience.
Throughout your stay, you’ll move between therapeutic work and restorative practices, including EMDR therapy, breathwork, somatic practices, yoga, mindfulness, Reiki, and sound.
Some experiences invite you to go deeper | Others give you space to slow down
Both matter.
There is no “right” way to experience Reiki or a sound bath.
You might feel relaxed, peaceful, reflective, emotional, sleepy or you may simply enjoy having uninterrupted time to be still.
You don’t have to make anything happen. Your only job is to get comfortable, stay curious, and allow the experience to be whatever it is for you.
