At Reclaim Retreat, the coastal setting is more than a beautiful backdrop. It gives you space to step away from the pace and distractions of everyday life and settle into a different rhythm.
Whether you’re listening to the waves, taking in the ocean air, or simply enjoying a quiet moment outside, the setting gives you room to slow down, breathe, and be present.
There’s something naturally calming about being near the ocean. Between retreat activities, you’ll have time to enjoy the surroundings, rest, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
The coast creates a natural transition between the deeper work you’ll be doing and the quieter moments that allow you to decompress and take in the experience.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll move between EMDR therapy, somatic practices, yoga, breathwork, Reiki, sound baths, mindfulness, reflection, and restorative downtime.
The coastal environment complements these experiences by giving you a peaceful place to pause between activities. Rather than moving from one thing to the next all day, there is intentional space to slow down and let yourself process what you’re experiencing.
Sometimes getting away from your usual environment makes it easier to focus on yourself.
Reclaim Retreat gives you several days away from your normal routines, responsibilities, and distractions in a small, supportive coastal setting.
There’s time for meaningful therapeutic work, but there’s also time to walk, rest, enjoy the ocean, connect with others, or simply do nothing for a while.
The coast isn’t the reason healing happens, it’s part of the space we’ve intentionally chosen to support your retreat experience.
